Biography
Carla Huang advises investors and operators on their most critical leadership challenges at Pearl Meyer (Blake Street Group). She has expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership assessment.
Previously, Carla was with ghSMART, advising private equity investors and corporate clients on leadership assessment and selection, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Carla spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company, beginning as an Engagement Manager advising clients on organizational design and growth strategy, and later focusing on improving the performance and progression of key consultant cohorts through leadership development and talent strategy. Carla is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Carla holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
