Ellen Higgins is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. Her recent client work includes executive leadership assessment, development and coaching, enterprise leadership team effectiveness, CEO transition, as well as organizational diagnostics and change management. She has worked with organizations in the public, private, nonprofit, and mutual insurance sectors.

She has served internally in senior organizational development (OD) and change management roles, providing organization design implementation advisory and support to leaders in the technology, insurance, and publishing industries. She has also served in management consulting roles leading efforts on large scale transformation programs for national and global companies across several industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, packaging solutions, and utilities.

Ellen earned her master’s degree in social organization psychology from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology with a minor in french studies from the University of Arizona. She is certified and skilled in psychometric assessment and analysis in Hogan and Talent x 7, culture change and facilitation by Senn Delaney and in coaching by IPEC.
