Biography
Grace McCullough is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. She is a strategic advisor to committees and senior management on executive compensation and corporate governance matters. She specializes in the life sciences and technology industries, working with clients that range from pre-IPO start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. With nearly a decade of experience, Grace is well versed in compensation analyses, including executive benchmarking, incentive plan design, equity strategy and utilization, severance and change-in-control agreements, and IPO preparedness.
Before joining Pearl Meyer, Grace was a senior project manager at Aon/Radford and held internal compensation roles at publicly traded technology and manufacturing companies.
Grace earned a bachelor's of science degree from Western Kentucky University.
