Commitment to Clients

Curating the right compensation program requires a deep conversation with the client to understand where they are and where they want to be. Using client input, I leverage market and industry-driven data analyses to design a compensation program specific to the client’s needs, ensuring alignment of the rewards philosophy with the long-term business strategy while at the same time addressing any issues of concern. 


Huda is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. In her role, she provides compensation advisory services for clients of various industries, specializing in executive and broad pay benchmarking, peer group development, and pay structure and incentive plan designs.

Previously, Huda served as a compensation consultant at Mercer Financial Middle East in Dubai. At Mercer, she worked with her client's senior management and board of directors on designing and delivering total rewards programs for global and local clients within the Gulf and Middle East region, advising on expatriate pay packages in particular.

Huda holds a BS in business studies and a master's degree in human resources management from Southern New Hampshire University, Summa Cum Laude.
