As a vice president at Pearl Meyer, Parker Schultz brings a wealth of experience in executive compensation and strategic incentive design. Parker specializes in developing compensation programs that align with both immediate and long-term business goals for a wide range of clients. His expertise spans executive compensation, annual and long-term incentive design, Board of Director compensation, and peer group development, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that drive success.
Before joining Pearl Meyer, Parker honed his executive compensation skills at Mercer, where he designed compensation programs for a range of clients. He also gained invaluable insights into the oil and gas industry during his tenure at Phillips 66.
Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
