Biography
Quinn Iuliano is a vice president at Pearl Meyer where he is responsible for advising management and directors on broad-based and executive compensation matters. He has expertise in numerous fields of compensation design, including peer group development, executive and director compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and equity program design and sustainability.
He has worked with private and public companies that range from pre-revenue to Fortune 100 and micro-cap to large-cap. Quinn has experience across various industries, including life sciences, technology, financial services, and research and consulting.
Quinn received two bachelor's degrees from Lehigh University, one in integrated business and engineering with an economics focus and one in industrial and systems engineering.
