Steven Grinsztein is a vice president at Pearl Meyer, where he is responsible for advising management and directors on both broad-based and executive compensation matters. Steven specializes in short- and long-term incentive plan design, director compensation, and equity utilization. He has worked with companies across all sectors, including Fortune 500, public and private, pre-IPO, and SPAC deals, with an industry focus on financial services, life sciences, and manufacturing.

Steven received his bachelor's degree from Connecticut College in economics and applied statistics.
