As a Senior Survey Account Manager at Pearl Meyer, I oversee several of the firm's flagship compensation surveys, including the Executive Compensation and Benchmarking Survey, Dow 30 Plus Leading Brands Executive Compensation Survey, and Engineering and Construction Compensation Forum. I work closely with participating organizations to support survey submissions, answer questions, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey data. My focus is on delivering a smooth and efficient survey experience while helping clients access the market intelligence they need to evaluate and inform their compensation programs.
Matt Donahue is a senior survey account manager at Pearl Meyer. He joined the firm in the summer of 2020 and in this role, he manages client accounts and assists in the survey publication process.
Matt is the project manager for several surveys including the Executive Compensation and Benchmarking Survey, Dow 30 Plus Leading Brands Survey, ECCF Survey, and Job Titling Survey. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Maryland.
