Senior Advisor (and former CEO) Beth Florin and current CEO Jason Traxler were quoted in the Feb. 17, 2026, Consulting.us article, “Pearl Meyer appoints Jayson Traxler as CEO.”

The article announces that Pearl Meyer has named Jayson Traxler as its new chief executive officer. Traxler succeeds Beth Florin, who has led the firm since 2022 and will retire in May 2026 after more than 25 years with the company, remaining on the board as a director. The piece highlights Traxler’s extensive background in strategic finance and professional services, having most recently served as CEO of Stax, and provides context on the firm’s scope and offerings.

“As a seasoned CEO with experience leading companies through periods of rapid growth, Jayson understands value creation exceptionally well and has the insight and expertise to guide Pearl Meyer forward as we expand our ability to help clients build, develop, and reward great leadership teams that drive long-term success,” Florin said.

“As our clients increase their focus on the strategic importance of human capital and talent management, we will build on Pearl Meyer’s longstanding strengths—enhancing our platform while preserving the deep expertise, independence, and client-centric approach that define our firm,” Traxler said.

At Pearl Meyer, we work with boards and organizations to design and implement compensation and leadership strategies that build great management teams.
