Biography
Caroline Kubacki is a vice president, engagement leader with Pearl Meyer (Blake Street Group).
Caroline advises investors and operators on their most critical leadership challenges, spanning across the human capital due diligence, organizational readiness, and leadership development offerings. She is known for ensuring premier client engagement and delivery.
Previously, Caroline was a Senior Associate at Blake Street Group, a leadership advisory practice acquired by Pearl Meyer in May 2024. She began her career at Guggenheim Securities in their Investment Banking Private Equity Advisory Group (PEAG).
Caroline earned her AB in Economics from Harvard College.
