Biography

Carrie Jablonski is Co-Head of Private Equity and a managing director at Pearl Meyer, as well as Co-Lead of Blake Street Group.

Carrie serves as a close advisor to boards, CEOs, and investors, including many of the world’s most successful alternative asset managers, on their most important leadership challenges to enable leaders and organizations to scale. Carrie specializes in CEO Succession in helping boards and organizations—both public and private—drive value and assess risk from a human capital perspective. She is also a trained mediator and facilitator.

Carrie began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on business strategy, post-merger integration and organizational effectiveness, specializing in the financial services sector. Most recently, she was a leadership advisor at ghSMART. Prior, she focused on bet-the-company cases at the law firm Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar and Scott, becoming a Partner in 5 years. Carrie remains a member of the Illinois Bar.

She graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School, both with honors.
