Biography
Divya Bharwani is a managing director at Pearl Meyer, where she advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on critical leadership and organizational challenges.
Divya partners with investors, boards, and senior executives to assess leadership capabilities, build high-performing executive teams, and align talent strategy with the investment thesis to drive business performance. Her work spans the investment lifecycle, helping investors and executives make critical talent decisions and build the capabilities needed to drive growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Divya held leadership advisory roles at YSC Consulting (Accenture) and Green Peak Partners. She has experience in private equity portfolio operations at Adama Partners as well as business transformation at Jetblack (Walmart). Earlier in her career, Divya worked for Egon Zehnder in executive search and MAPE Advisory Group in investment banking, both in Mumbai.
Divya holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
