Biography
Jayson Traxler is Pearl Meyer’s Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years of experience guiding companies through significant growth and transformation. Jayson has a consistent record of leading initiatives that deliver long-term shareholder value, improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen governance, and drive sustainable performance improvement—while preserving company culture and client focus.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Jayson served as the CEO of Stax, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving private equity. Prior to Stax, he was an executive at consulting firms AlixPartners and K2 Integrity. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker, private equity investor, and strategy consultant.
Jayson holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and graduated magna cum laude with a BBA from The College of William & Mary. He has also attended Harvard Business School’s Leading Professional Services Firms executive education program, where he focused on human capital management.
