Biography
Mary Diharce is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. She advises senior management and directors on compensation and corporate governance matters. Her areas of expertise include executive and board pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, equity utilization, and severance arrangements.
She has worked with private and public companies ranging from pre-revenue to Fortune 500 companies.
Her experience spans various industries with a focus in life sciences, technology, and financial services. Mary holds a BA in Economics from Boston University.
