As the management of executive compensation grows increasingly more complex, my role is to come along-side boards and senior management and help them navigate through the external issues and pressures, while keeping focus on their long-term strategy.
Matt Depp is a principal at Pearl Meyer. He serves as a project manager on client engagements and manages executive and board of director compensation reviews, incentive plan design and modeling, equity plan share requests, and severance and change-in-control calculations.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer in 2006, Matt was an analyst with a governmental consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Webster University and a BS in business management from the University of Maryland.
