Biography
Morgan Fioritto is a consultant with Pearl Meyer. She has experience working with leaders and teams across healthcare, financial and professional services, and non-profit organizations on designing and implementing leadership development and talent management initiatives that improve leaders’ performance and expand their capabilities to take on more significant leadership roles. She has also worked with organizations to assess their effectiveness, and realign organization structures and operating models to best support strategy execution.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Morgan was a consultant at The River Group, a boutique leadership and organizational consulting firm helping CEOs and senior executives transform their organizations and leaders in order to execute their strategy.
Morgan holds a BS in healthcare administration and an MBA, both from the University of Toledo. She is certified in the Hogan suite of assessment tools.
