Raj's Client Commitment
I help boards, CEOs, and executive teams turn leadership insight into practical action, with a focus on governance, succession, and the moments that test leadership most: executive transition, team effectiveness, and organizational change. I bring a pragmatic perspective focused on business outcomes; grounded in assessment, coaching, and leadership development; and shaped by a career spanning healthcare, energy, and financial services. The best leadership decisions, in my experience, combine rigorous thinking with a genuine understanding of the people who have to carry them out.
