Biography
Randy Brenneman, an executive coach at Pearl Meyer (Blake Street Group), is a Master Certified Coach, a top designation as the highest-level credential awarded by International Coaching Federation (ICF). For multiple decades, he has coached executives inside firms in industries as diverse as financial services, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, pharma, biotech, healthcare, consumer goods, and government organizations.
Randy’s approach to coaching deepens self-awareness, coupled with clear vision and strategy, to bring intention and impact into closer alignment. He partners with leaders to look in before they look out and to develop a more authentic leadership style that creates followership and drives results.
During his extensive career at American Express, Randy supported business units in addressing group dynamics, resolving process improvements, and sustaining large-scale behavior change.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Innovation. Randy is also a senior international corporate faculty member with The Co-Active Training Institute.
