Biography
Shui Yu is a Vice President at Pearl Meyer, specializing in executive and broad-based compensation for technology industry and sponsor-backed companies. With 10+ years of experience in compensation matters, Shui partners with organization leaders to ensure alignment of organizational and reward strategy and talent management advising clients from startups to mature public companies.
As an experienced project manager and second chair, Shui ensures a seamless and efficient process through projects, as well as high standard of quality control on data accuracy.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Shui recently served as an in-house total rewards lead and has worked in compensation consulting at Korn Ferry, Compensia, and WTW. Shui is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
