BOSTON—October 7, 2025—Underscoring its ongoing commitment to safeguarding client data with the highest standards of security and trust, the executive compensation and leadership consultancy Pearl Meyer announced it has successfully completed its System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) Type 2 examination.

The SOC 2 security and compliance framework, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), evaluates an organization’s controls related to storing, processing, and transmitting client data. While a SOC 2 Type 1 report assesses the design of those controls at a point in time, a SOC 2 Type 2 report goes further by reviewing how effectively the controls operated over an extended period under independent audit.
