You may request access to the categories personal information that we have collected from you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: “Request for My Personal Information.” While we may be able verify such requests for certain details we have collected, in line with guidance issues by the California Attorney General, we do not believe we are able to provide location data in response to such a request because we are not able to verify to a reasonably high degree that the personal information we have collected pertains to the person who has submitted the request, or whether either the person in possession of a device or the person requesting the information is the actual device owner.
Thus, if you are uncomfortable with your device information being used in the ways described above, we recommend that you request an “opt out” of your information as described above.]
Shine the Light
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
