Bullinger has been named as an MD within the firm’s Leadership Advisory practice.

Senior management advisory firm Pearl Meyer has hired Kate Bullinger as a managing director in its Leadership Advisory practice. Bullinger announced the move in a LinkedIn post on Monday, after announcing her departure from United Minds last month.
David Clary, MD and Leadership practice head at Pearl Meyer, said in an emailed statement that the firm "is a leading provider of compensation and leadership advisory to boards, CEOs and private equity sponsors, and [Bullinger's] experience in helping leaders excel in large-scale transformation initiatives deepens the firm’s capability in this arena."
