I bring a practical, collaborative approach grounded in years of advising leaders through pivotal moments of change.
Biography
Kate Bullinger is a managing director at Pearl Meyer, advising CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams through moments when leadership matters most: transformation, transition, and high-stakes change. Over more than three decades, she has learned that organizations rarely behave as neatly as the boxes and arrows suggest. She helps leaders make sense of the human dynamics underneath strategy and translate them into stronger leadership, healthier cultures, and better performance.
Kate’s work spans enterprise transformation, board assessment and effectiveness, leadership transitions, M&A, and the leadership challenges of the AI era. She is especially focused on judgment, decision-making, and the distinctly human work of leading other people.
Before joining Pearl Meyer, Kate was CEO of United Minds, the global management consultancy she founded within Weber Shandwick. Earlier, she served as chief of staff and chief communications officer at The Atlantic Philanthropies and was a partner at Mercer Delta.
Kate holds an MA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Denison University. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, DiSC, and Prosci.
