Biography

Sarah Holmes is a Managing Director with Pearl Meyer. She has nearly 15 years of experience advising boards and senior executives on compensation program design, incentive plan management, governance and regulatory considerations, as well as succession planning and talent management risk. Her clients include clients across the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. 

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Sarah gained experience as a principal with SullivanCotter, Inc., a director with Willis Towers Watson, and a consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group.

Sarah is a Certified Compensation Management Specialist and a certified Professional in Human Resources. She holds an MBA with concentrations in Human Resources Management and International Business from Georgia State University, a post-bachelor’s certificate in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
