Pearl Meyer Names Matt Turner Interim Chief Executive Officer
Company veteran and proven business leader to guide next chapter of growth.
Boston, August 13, 2026—Executive compensation consulting and leadership advisory firm Pearl Meyer, a Coalesce Capital portfolio company, today announced that Matt Turner has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

With more than three decades of experience, Turner has established himself as one of the leading voices in Executive Compensation. He has served in senior leadership positions at Pearl Meyer for almost 20 years, most recently as President of Pearl Meyer's Executive Compensation Practice, overseeing the firm's executive compensation consulting business and helping drive the firm's strategic growth initiatives. Turner leads relationships with many of the firm's largest clients and is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to boards and senior management teams.

Turner succeeds Jayson Traxler, who resigned as CEO for personal reasons. The Board will work with Turner over the coming months to determine the firm’s long-term leadership.
