Biography
Jeffrey Lagomarsino is a managing director at Pearl Meyer (Blake Street Group), with expertise in organizational transformation, top team effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership development. As an advisor and operator, Jeffrey has partnered with investors and helped organizations drive performance improvement and enterprise value through human capital. He has led hundreds of sessions with executive teams, helping leaders build the capabilities and behaviors needed to drive transformational change.
Previously, Jeffrey was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s People and Organizational Performance practice where he advised private equity and public companies to build and execute multi-year value creation plans. He also served as the General Manager of McKinsey’s Ability to Execute (A2E) client capability building portfolio.
Prior to that, Jeffrey held senior operating roles in two growth stage companies.
Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
