Annie Czarnecki is a Principal with Pearl Meyer. A warm and genuine connecter who quickly engenders credibility and trust with clients, Annie combines the best facets of her personality with deep professional knowledge to advise public companies, private equity investors, and their portfolio companies as they tackle critical human capital decisions that drive value creation.
Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Annie built her human capital consulting experience as a Principal at Ampersand Leadership Group and within the People & Organization and Workforce Transformation practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Her career started at patient payment technology company Patientco, where she held several go-to-market roles leading up to Patientco’s $450M sale to Waystar in 2021. A former Division I athlete who has hiked hundreds of miles on Colorado’s beautiful trails, Annie channels her dedication, drive, and team orientation to deliver value for clients in an authentic, human-centric way.
Annie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
