Jacob Harden is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. He advises boards and management in all areas of executive compensation, including compensation benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive program design, equity utilization, severance, and change-in-control provisions.
He has worked with companies from pre-IPO to the Fortune 500, across numerous industries, including life sciences, technology, and manufacturing. Before joining Pearl Meyer in January of 2022, Jacob spent eight years in Aon’s Human Capital Solutions practice as part of the Executive Compensation Consulting team.
He graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
