Libbie Engels is a vice president at Pearl Meyer. She works with clients in a variety of industries ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to pre-IPO companies. She specializes in executive and board pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, severance and CIC arrangements, transaction-related compensation, and assessing input from proxy advisory shareholders. Libbie is also experienced in job architecture and design, and pay equity and pay gap assessments.
She earned both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree from Marquette University.
