Executive compensation and leadership consulting firm Pearl Meyer has expanded its team with the addition of Managing Director Dan Moynihan, who will be based in New York. Moynihan is a 30-year industry veteran with deep expertise in executive compensation plan design, as well as the development of strategic broad-based employee programs.

Pearl Meyer mourns the loss of colleague Gary Hourihan, a managing director with the firm until his death on February 3, 2022. In addition to a rich and rewarding life well lived with family and friends, Hourihan had an illustrious career as a compensation consultant and was a mentor to many in the Pearl Meyer family.
