Biography

Matt Richburg is a managing director at Pearl Meyer. In the course of conducting diligence on more than 2,000+ executives and providing meaty insights on hundreds of growth organizations over his career, Matt has seen it all. While he is a bit of an ace, he is quite nice about it—as he is with the other things he does, from leadership advisory services to CEO coaching. 

It is no overstatement to say Matt epitomizes the seasoned pros in leadership consulting. Of course, not all are diehard collectors of modern art like Matt. Or hit the slopes (the steeper, the better) as an accomplished and adventuresome skier. But then, unique personalities build strong companies.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Matt gained years of consulting experience at Right Management, ghSMART, and Green Peak Partners; as well as in-house tenure leading executive development at Bank of America; before founding Ampersand Leadership Group. He holds a PhD and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and a BA in Speech Communication from Bethel University.
