Biography
Steve has 20+ years of executive and global compensation consulting experience gained through a combination of external consulting and in-house roles.
He has extensive experience working across a broad spectrum of domestic and international executive and director pay issues, with a unique perspective shaped by his experiences living and working in both Europe and North America.
Steve's focuses on technology clients and companies in adjacent industries across all stages of their life cycle, including start-ups, pre- and post-IPO, later-stage, turnaround, SPACs, and the Fortune 100).
Before joining Pearl Meyer, Steve spent more than a decade at a leading executive compensation consulting firm, where he advanced to partner. He has a Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Finance from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he was awarded a Division I hockey scholarship.
