Biography
Rebecca Toman is the vice president, Survey Business Unit at Pearl Meyer. In this role, she designs and publishes compensation and benefits surveys for a wide range of industries and employee populations. Rebecca is on the WorldatWork faculty where she teaches a course on Job Analysis and Documentation.
Previously, Rebecca has held compensation roles at Salary.com, and taught a graduate course on Compensation and Performance Management at Framingham State University.
She has a BS with concentrations in marketing and finance from Syracuse University, holds an MA in human resource management from Framingham State University, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP). Rebecca is a frequent resource for business press and media in the HR industry. She has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Marketplace, CNBC, CBS News, and others.
