As the primary survey point of contact for several associations, banking, and credit union surveys, I am dedicated to building strong client partnerships and ensuring a seamless survey experience. My goal is to provide responsive support, clear communication, and trusted guidance at every stage of the process, helping clients obtain reliable data and actionable insights that drive value for their organizations.

Biography

Rhonda is a senior survey account manager at Pearl Meyer. She joined the team in August of 2019 and she works as a liaison to the Southeast banking associations on banking salary surveys while also assisting many other state and national survey clients.

Previously, Rhonda held a similar role at Matthews, Young and Associates for six years until it joined with Pearl Meyer in 2019. When not working, Rhonda enjoys weekend getaways and spending time outdoors with her husband.
