I work with clients to understand their business and the current challenges they are facing. This allows me to provide sound advice, through data analyses, and knowledge of the business, which aligns with their long-term strategies. My goal is to develop compensation programs and provide solutions which consider "best practices," but are customized to work with the client's needs and long-term goals.
