Vamsi Tetali

Biography

Vamsi Tetali is a managing director at Pearl Meyer (Blake Street Group), with expertise advising investors and global corporations on leadership strategy, organizational transformation, and talent assessment.

He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 clients, including as to commercial strategy and B2B sales excellence.

After McKinsey, Vamsi was with ghSMART, conducting hundreds of top-of-the-house executive assessments for private equity, hedge fund, and public company clients. He also served as the Head of Digital Products, developing machine-learning tools to enhance leadership evaluations.

Vamsi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, graduating with the highest honors.
